Nick Ducoff, also known as stoic.eth, is an accomplished venture partner, investor, and educator in the web3 industry. He is a Venture Partner at G20 Ventures, where he invests in and supports web3 founders building the ownership economy. Nick is also an angel investor in various companies, such as Flipside Crypto and Unchained Capital, and an active DAO contributor in various communities such as Crypto, Culture & Society (CCS), Seed Club, and Friends With Benefits (FWB).
Nick is an experienced founder as well. He has co-founded two venture capital-backed tech companies that were acquired. In 2010, he co-founded Infochimps, a big data system company that was acquired by DXC Technology. In 2017, he founded Edmit, which provides college financial decision support to high school students and their families, and was acquired by Vemo Education.
In addition to his entrepreneurial and investment activities, Nick is also an educator. He taught entrepreneurship at John Cabot University and served as Vice President for New Ventures at Northeastern University. He is also a co-author of a bestselling book on education finance and has reported on information disclosure for The Brookings Institution.
