Nick Bluhm, a highly experienced Medicare lawyer, has dedicated his career to the growth and development of alternative payment models (APMs) in healthcare. A graduate of The George Washington University, Mr. Bluhm holds a B.S./M.A. in Medical Anthropology, and is a J.D. alumnus of the prestigious University of Virginia School of Law.
With over a decade of experience as a healthcare attorney, Mr. Bluhm has served in key positions across various organizations in the field. As the former Senior Director of Strategy and Government Policy at Signify Health, he developed and implemented strategic plans to improve healthcare outcomes and reduce costs. As a Litigation Attorney/Health Insurance Specialist with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Mr. Bluhm gained an in-depth understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscapes in healthcare.
Currently, Mr. Bluhm serves as Co-Chair of the Implementing Value Models Work Group at Health Care Transformation Task Force, where he coordinates efforts to design and implement innovative and sustainable APMs. He is also a former Research Associate with the Committee on Capital Markets Regulation, where he focused on financial regulatory reform.
