Nick Barili, also known as Nick Huff Barili, is an Argentine-American journalist, director, writer, and producer based in Los Angeles, California. He is recognized for his extensive work in the entertainment industry, particularly as the creator, showrunner, host, and director of "De La Calle," a series on Paramount+.
Barili is the founder of Hard Knock TV, which was YouTube's first hip-hop channel, amassing over 100 million views and 285,000 subscribers. Throughout his career, he has conducted interviews with over 300 artists and celebrities, including major names like Coldplay, Pharrell, and Eminem, as well as emerging talents such as Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole. In 2019, he launched Hard Knock TV Latino to highlight Latino talent through bilingual conversations.1
In addition to his work with Hard Knock TV, Barili has been involved with Apple Music's global radio station Beats 1, where he executive produced shows and hosted his own.
