Nichole Agosto is a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering - Hardware Oriented from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.

She has a strong background in technical support, having worked as a Technical Support Engineer in various capacities at ServiceNow, including Platform Technologies, Service Management, and User Experience.
