Nicholas Schmidt

Nicholas Schmidt is an experienced Securities Class Actions Operations Manager who has worked in leading corporations for over a decade. He has a Juris Doctorate and a Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance from Hofstra University. Nicholas is known for his strategic and analytical abilities when operating in fast-paced environments. His well-organized approach enables him to take into account client and staff needs, business and logistical considerations, and budget restrictions to ensure that all project deliverables are met.

Before joining Epiq as Manager of Client Services for Securities Class Actions, Nicholas was the Vice President - Head of Operations, Americas. Class Action and DR Tax Reclaims at the Goal Group of Companies. Prior to this role, he served as a Securities Class Action Researcher and QA Project Manager, Securities Litigation at The Garden City Group.

Nicholas Schmidt began his career as a Mortgage Broker at Guaranteed Home Mortgage before moving on to work as a Capital Markets Lock Desk Manager at American Home Mortgage. He later joined Citigroup as a Derivative Analyst and Fixed Income Middle Office Analyst.
