Today we are introducing Nicholas Schepps, a skilled finance, sales, and logistics professional with a demonstrated ability to lead successful initiatives and teams. Nicholas is an experienced Area Manager with Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, having managed large-scale projects with diverse teams. Starting as a Communications Officer at the United States Marine Corps, Nicholas has extensive experience in communication and logistics. He later served as a Senior Executive Team Leader at Target and was responsible for managing logistics and communications, before joining Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits as a Key Account Specialist. He climbed the ranks to become Trade Development Coordinator and then Trade Development Manager at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, where he supported key accounts in developing and executing trade programs.

Nicholas' education includes a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Stony Brook University and an MBA from Hofstra University. His superior project management skills have allowed him to successfully complete initiatives on-time and on-scope. He is equally adept at creating and fostering an inclusive, diverse, and safe work culture that values open communication, trust, and recognition. Nicholas is a Marine Corps veteran with expertise in communications, training, and logistics. He has used this expertise in effectively leading change management initiatives, enhancing performance and productivity.
