Nick Philpott

Nicholas Philpott is an accomplished professional with a strong background in modern history and extensive experience in the banking sector, particularly at Standard Chartered Bank. He holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Modern History with First Class honors, as well as a M. Litt in Modern History, both from the University of St. Andrews. Nicholas has held various leadership roles at Standard Chartered, including Venture Lead, Executive Director for Digital Channels & Data Analytics, Executive Director for Market Structure, and Director for Ecommerce. He has also managed key projects such as the MiFID II Programme. Prior to his banking career, Nicholas served in the British Army as an Officer Cadet.
