Nicholas Osborn

Nicholas Osborn is a seasoned business leader with over 18 years of experience, currently spearheading the digital transformation efforts at AES as the founding Director of the AES Digital Hub.

With a background in finance and international business, Mr. Osborn holds an MBA from Babson College and a BA in Economics/Accounting from Claremont McKenna College.

His expertise spans across various domains including entrepreneurial new business development, data science management, performance improvement, and turnaround consulting.

Throughout his career, he has successfully led initiatives in financial restructuring, transaction advisory, operational and strategic due diligence, and mergers and acquisitions.

Previously, Mr. Osborn has held key positions at renowned organizations such as The AES Corporation, Freedom Square Group, LLC, Loughlin Meghji & Company, and Babson College Fund among others.

As a Director of Digital Analytics, his focus lies on rapidly introducing innovative digital products and services to cater to both internal and external customer needs, utilizing advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning.

Mr. Osborn's diverse skill set also includes financial planning, profitability analysis, customer segmentation, pricing strategies, and project management.
