Nicholas Moulios is a professional specializing in intelligence and public affairs, focusing on strategic intelligence, hybrid and information operations, strategic communication, and geopolitical risk management.

Nicholas has engaged in policy-making activities at both national and international levels, with a regional focus on the Balkans, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East.

His educational background includes a Master of Arts (MA) in Terrorism, International Crime, and Global Security from Coventry University, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law from London Metropolitan University, as well as specialized studies in Eastern Mediterranean Security & Diplomacy, and Military Erasmus in Cyber/Electronic Operations and Warfare.

Nicholas has been associated with various prestigious organizations such as Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), Ecorys, European Leadership Network (ELN), European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA), The Hoover Institution at Stanford University, OSCE, Young European Leadership (YEL), UMD Applied Research Lab for Intelligence & Security, NSSG, and more, where he has held roles ranging from OSINT & Digital Verification to Geopolitical Risk Intelligence Analyst.

He has also worked with institutions like the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Moldova, Global Internet Forum to Counter Terrorism, and Wikistrat in various capacities such as International Short Term Elections Observer (STO), Crisis Response & Incident Protocols Expert, and Geopolitical Risk & Forecasting Consultant.

Prior to his current endeavors, Nicholas has had experience as a Public Affairs Associate at Delphi Economic Forum, a Strategic Intelligence Analysis Assistant in the Government of the Hellenic Republic, a Research Assistant at the American School of Classical Studies at Athens, and a Research Intern at the Hellenic Foundation for European & Foreign Policy.
