Nicholas Lyos is a talented young professional with a diverse educational and career background. He studied both Business Administration, specifically Real Estate Finance, and French Language and Literature at Southern Methodist University. After graduation, Nicholas has gained experience in the fields of economic development, real estate advisory and transactions, research analysis, and internship roles in both Sciences Po and Solidere.

Currently, Nicholas is an Associate in the Strategic Investments Group at the New York City Economic Development Corporation. In this role, he uses his skills and expertise to identify and support innovative, high-impact projects that drive economic growth and job creation in the city.

Prior to his current role, Nicholas served as a Research Analyst for CBRE and a Research Fellow for HR&A Advisors. His experiences in research analysis and real estate advisory have honed his ability to analyze market trends, develop complex financial models, and provide valuable insights to clients and stakeholders.
