Nicholas pursued his Juris Doctor (JD) at The University of Texas School of Law, honing his expertise in legal matters. Prior to that, he delved into Political Science, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University.

Currently, Nicholas Franklin holds the position of Managing Attorney and Practice Lead for Privacy, Data Security, and Health Law at Bloomberg Industry Group. His role involves orchestrating strategies and initiatives in these critical areas to ensure legal compliance and protection of sensitive information.
