- Conversocial acquired Assist Inc in March of 2019.Since the acquisition, one of my key focuses has been the unification of our automation and agent platform. I worked to find creative solutions and ultimately shipped two key products. These products provide the company with a competitive advantage and tell the combined story post-acquisition.

My first achievement at Assist was defining, implementing and managing the QA process for the product and customer success teams. My responsibilities then included scoping, researching and designing mockups for product features while leading the overall development of those features. These efforts ultimately contributed to the acquisition of our company.

Assist Inc

Worked as a business analyst in an agile scrum environment working on multiple projects. I conducted requirements gathering sessions with the stakeholders to understand and interpret the diverse issues and design solutions that could meet stakeholder needs. In addition to this, I worked extensively with the product and technical teams to define the functional specifications of a new in-house application. This included creating wireframes and prototypes for product features.
