Nichelle Hall

Nichelle Alston Hall is an accomplished software engineer with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Stanford University. She is currently working as a Software Engineer for Trust & Safety at Medium, a platform that empowers readers and writers across the globe. With a diverse background, she has worked for various organizations, and her experience ranges from trust and safety to civil liberty advocacy.

Nichelle started her career as a Cloud Computing Intern at Intel Corporation and later served as a Residential Computing Consultant Team Lead at Stanford University. She also held positions at mRelief and Stanford Law School, where she worked as a Digital Civil Society Lab Research Assistant.

Nichelle has also been a Fellow at Code2040 and served as a Board Member - Head of Internal and Community at CS+Social Good, a program that engages students in creating and using technology for social impact.
