Nic Nider

Nic Nider is a highly accomplished talent acquisition leader with over 15 years of experience in recruiting and human resources. Nic has built a reputation as an innovative and strategic thinker, with a talent for delivering sustainable business approaches to hire and retain top-notch talent.

Nic earned his Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Northern Colorado, and later went on to complete his Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at the University of Denver.

Throughout his career, Nic has held a number of senior positions with leading global services companies, including Thermo Fisher Scientific, Flex, Xerox and Alliance Data. His most recent position as Executive Talent Leader at Thermo Fisher Scientific highlights his extensive experience in building innovative recruiting processes and technology, influencing key client and stakeholder partnerships, and driving overall talent acquisition success.
