Niamh Martin is an accomplished Projects and Operations Manager with a strong background in the restaurants industry in the UK and Ireland. She is currently responsible for managing new Food/ Restaurant projects and operations for 28 concession restaurants spread across Selfridges locations in London, Manchester & Birmingham.

Niamh Martin's academic background includes studies in Event Management at Fitzwilliam Institute and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Institute of Technology, Tallaght.

With a wealth of experience, Niamh has held various key positions such as Senior Operations & Projects Manager at Selfridges, Operations Manager, and Senior General Manager/ Cluster Manager at Côte Brasserie, Event Manager at Ebonwood, General Manager at Paul's Restaurant, and Marketing Manager at Kilbelin Group.
