Niamh Kelly

Niamh Kelly is an experienced project and change manager with a diverse background in management consulting, financial services, and technology sectors. In 2015, she transitioned from Recruiting/HR to focus on utilizing project management and problem-solving methodologies to enhance processes and drive efficiency. After eight years in Zurich, Switzerland, she returned to Ireland in 2019.

Niamh Kelly pursued her BA International degree at University College Dublin, followed by an Erasmus year at the University of Potsdam and an ICM Diploma at Griffith College Dublin.

In her professional journey, Niamh Kelly has held key roles including Manager in the Project and Portfolio Management Team (PPM) at PwC Ireland, Consultant in the same team, Project Lead/Change Lead at UBS's Recruiting Centre of Excellence, and Strategic Recruiting Coordinator at UBS. She also gained valuable experience in recruitment and staffing roles at various organizations in Ireland and Switzerland.
