Niamh Hamell
Producer in RTÉ Radio 1 at RTE
Niamh Hamell is a versatile researcher with experience in TV and radio production, journalism, public relations, policy, and business analysis. She graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a First Class Honours degree in Sociology and Social Policy and obtained a Master's degree in Journalism from Dublin City University. She also studied at the University of Lille 1 in France, where she earned a First Class Honours rating. Hamell has worked as a Researcher for the Ray D'Arcy Radio Show and the Today with Maura and Daithi Show, both of which are broadcast by RTE, Ireland's national public service broadcaster. She has also served as a Staff Researcher for Ireland AM on TV3 Television Ireland, contributing significantly to the show's content. In addition to her media work, Hamell has interned at Eurodesk Brussels Link and with a member of the European Parliament, where she gained experience in policy, research, and communications.
