Niall O'Carroll

Niall O'Carroll is a highly experienced High-Performance Strategist with a solid background in developing and driving programs for corporate and sporting organizations worldwide.

With a passion for his work, Niall has contributed to the success of numerous teams and individuals, including the number one sales team in Canada, World Champion teams, and 27 Olympic Champions.

His educational achievements include a Master's degree in Business Coaching and Sport Psychology from the University of Toronto, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology & European Languages from The Open University Business School.

Niall O'Carroll's professional journey includes roles as a High Performance Strategist at PepTalk, Senior Performance Consultant at Meath GAA, and Behavioural Specialist & Team Manager at Hockey Ireland.

He has also served as the MD and Director of Training & Development at FountainHead Training & Insights Consultancy (now known as www.mybrainfood.ie), along with positions at British Gymnastics, Canadian Olympic Committee, and An Garda Síochána as a Detective Garda.
