Nia Cash is an accomplished Program Manager with over 18 years of experience in the IT and Telecom space. She has a strong technical background gained from Fortune 100 companies such as Verizon and Cisco, covering end-to-end Infrastructure Management, Project Management/Deployment, and Business Development. With a proven track record of delivery results in time and within budget, she has managed both traditional SDLC/waterfall and Agile development environments. In her current role at Cisco Systems, she manages Service Provider and Enterprise accounts in RTP, NC, creating synergy between business requirements, technology direction, and service provisioning to deliver business value to clients and partners. Nia's extensive experience in managing technical teams, in addition to her effective communication skills, enables her to successfully relay statuses and risks to executive management teams. She also specializes in creating teams and teamwork to deliver the best results in IT-Telecom.
