He holds a Master's degree in Statistical Science and a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from Universite de Montreal. In addition, he completed a Science diploma at CEGEP du Vieux-Montreal and a DES at Ecole Secondaire Jean XXIII.

Nhon Ly has held key positions in reputable organizations, showcasing his leadership and expertise. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer at AIA Myanmar. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer at AIA Vietnam, Chief Actuary at ACE Life Vietnam, Assistant Actuary at Canada Life, and Actuarial Specialist at Industrielle Alliance.
