Nhan Van Do: Co-Founder of TutorIn Edu
Nhan Van Do is a Vietnamese entrepreneur and educationalist who co-founded TutorIn, an e-learning platform that provides high-quality education to students across Vietnam using virtual classrooms.12 He graduated from Bournemouth University in the UK with a BA (Hons) in Business and Management in 2015.1
After graduating, Nhan initially worked as a digital marketing analyst and English language teacher, but a severe car accident made him reconsider his career path.1 He realized his passion for education and its potential to boost Vietnam's economy, leading him to launch TutorIn in 2018.12
Through TutorIn, Nhan engaged qualified teachers from urban areas to deliver real-time lessons to students from rural areas via a virtual classroom called ClassIn.1 When COVID-19 hit, the demand for interactive virtual learning increased, and Nhan became the Chief Operating Officer of ClassIn.1
In 2020, Nhan completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship at the University of Cambridge.1 He has been shortlisted for the Social Action Award in the Study UK Alumni Awards, run by the British Council, for his work in providing accessible education to Vietnamese students.1
