Nettie Reyes

Nettie Reyes is a professional with a diverse background in operations management, event planning, and executive support across various venture capital firms and tech companies.

Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Sozo Ventures since July 2019, Nettie is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the U.S. office and spearheading strategic planning and execution of events in the U.S. and Japan.

Prior to her role at Sozo, she held the position of Chief of Staff at Ulu Ventures, where she managed office operations and provided support to the Managing Directors.

Nettie's career journey also includes serving as the Director of Operations at Kauffman Fellows, an esteemed venture capital fellowship, where she managed programs, organized global summits, and fostered engagement through various events.

Her experience extends to roles such as Executive Assistant at Onset Ventures and Executive Assistant/Quality Assurance Engineer at Gap Inc.'s web group, where she handled tasks related to test script deployment and maintenance for online platforms.
