As General Manager for MMG Trust S.A., the panamanian trust licensee for Morgan & Morgan, I directed and supervised the operation of the trusts and escrows funds under our management.  I was also responsible for the communications with our regulator, the Bank Superintendency of Panama and any othe authority or regulator for our business.

Management of the office in Tortola, BVI.  Incorporation of IBC´s and BVI Business Companies. Creation of trusts. Direction with the accounting, invoice and collection of the office portfolio. Customer relations with clients in Europe, North America and Latin America.
