Nell Rainey

Nell Rainey, LCSW, is an accomplished social worker and therapist with a wealth of experience in serving youth and families in diverse settings.

She holds a Master's Degree in Social Work and Policy from Columbia University in the City of New York, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree from Skidmore College and a high school education at Trevor Day School.

Nell has held pivotal roles in various prestigious organizations, including her current position as the Assistant Director for System-Involved Youth at The Door - A Center of Alternatives.

Her past experiences include serving as a Clinical Case Manager at O'Connor Professional Group, a Youth Social Worker at Henry Street Settlement under the Deutsche Bank Grant, and as a Social Worker and Therapist at Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services.

She has also excelled as a Policy Intern at Children's Rights, a Behavioral Specialist at Tigard-Tualatin School District, and in supportive roles at Janus Youth Programs, Inc.
