Neli Rowland

Neli Rowland is a serial entrepreneur and the founder of GOLZ, LLC, a Consulting, Management, and Production Company dedicated to helping leaders, entrepreneurs, and entertainers achieve their goals.

She is recognized as the pioneering founder of an award-winning social and economic development model that supports individuals impacted by poverty, substance abuse, prison reentry, and homelessness by providing a holistic range of services such as addiction treatment, education, job training, and affordable housing.

Through her organization, A Safe Haven, Neli has positively impacted over 140,000 people since 1994, with a focus on empowering individuals to transform their lives and contribute to society.

With a vision to influence a paradigm shift in how the nation tackles poverty, homelessness, and addiction, Neli aims to create scalable models that deliver measurable social impact and sustainable self-sufficiency for individuals in crisis.

Neli is a graduate of Loyola University's School of Business and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. She is also an Amazon Best Selling Author and a dedicated athlete who has completed multiple Chicago marathons.
