Neil has previously held positions such as Associate Managing Director at Société Hôtelière de la Grande Île, Campus Hospitality Manager at UEFA, and Business Development Manager at Technologies & Services S.A. He has successfully managed large-scale establishments, ensuring compliance with company practices and budget forecasts while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.

Neil's career began in Madagascar, where he worked on a highly-acclaimed hospitality project, setting him on a long and illustrious path in the industry.
