Neil Soderlund is a distinguished professional with a rich background in the healthcare and public sector analytics field.

Currently serving as the CEO of Quantium Health, a specialized firm resulting from a collaboration between Quantium and Discovery Health, Neil previously established and led Health Outcomes Australia from 2014 to 2016.

With over 14 years at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), he played pivotal roles such as leading the Sydney office and the Australian Healthcare Practice.

Neil's career trajectory spans various countries, having worked as a doctor, epidemiologist, and health economist in South Africa, the UK, Switzerland, and Australia where he settled in 2000.

Throughout his professional journey, Neil has been dedicated to assisting clients in quantifying the costs and impacts of different policies, programs, interventions, and technologies to drive value creation.

His accomplishments include establishing a Healthcare Practice at BCG for Australia and New Zealand, contributing to the development of BCG's global value-based healthcare offering, founding ICHOM (International Collaboration for Health Outcomes Measurement), and supporting the inception of a Big Data and Analytics practice in the Asia Pacific region.
