Neil Satterwhite

Neil Satterwhite is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tiger-Consulting.net with over 44 years of experience in HR, payroll, and business support services.

With more than 25 years in Asia, Mr. Satterwhite is an expert in Asia business, labor laws, culture, customs, practices, and outsourced services, especially in the context of international business.

Prior to establishing Tiger Consulting, he founded and led Singapore-based Pay Asia, focusing on outsourced HR and payroll services.

Mr. Satterwhite also managed Thailand operations for Out-Smart before its acquisition by Convergys, a US conglomerate.

His experience includes being the Director of Asia Pacific at Integral Systems, where he specialized in HR and payroll software for major companies in Asia.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Satterwhite developed and managed payroll software for the City of San Diego and created software systems for the local police department.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from San Diego State University and is proficient in English, Thai, and Indonesian.

Currently based in Phuket, Thailand, Neil Satterwhite continues to excel in the field of HR, payroll, and business support services.
