Neil Pedley

Neil Pedley is an accomplished Project Manager with a wealth of experience in the Financial and Technology sectors. A PRINCE2 practitioner, he boasts over 15 years’ experience delivering IT solutions, working seamlessly with technical and senior business teams. His line management experience across matrixed teams in various global locations is second to none, and he has overseen numerous successful projects throughout his career. Neil's academic background includes studying at Warden Park Academy and Central Sussex College.

Neil has previously held a number of key positions in his career, including Senior Project Manager and Service Delivery Manager at Crimson, UK Development Manager - Middleware Integration and Sales Technology, Technical Analyst - Strategy, Architecture and Shared Application Services, and Portfolio Change Manager at Bank of America. These roles have allowed him to hone his communication and leadership skills while building a portfolio of achievements that includes overseeing the development of a $5m project to replace an existing Payment messaging system with Shared application services.
