Neil McInnes is an experienced Senior Leader with a strong background in Technology and Digital Transformation, Business Unit Management, and Delivery Management.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Information Management from Leeds Metropolitan University.

Neil has held various leadership positions in different organizations, showcasing his expertise and skills in the field.

Currently, he serves as a Value Stream Lead at Vector Limited.

In the past, Neil was on parental leave and has also worked as the Manager of IT Strategy and Business Services at Education Payroll – Rārangi Utu ā-Mātauranga.

His previous roles include IT Infrastructure, Operations, and Security Program Manager, as well as Head of Enterprise Release Management at Kiwibank.

Neil has also worked as an Enterprise Delivery Manager at Kiwibank and Senior Project/Product Manager at Ministry of Social Development (MSD) Children's Action Plan.

Furthermore, he has experience as a Senior Project Manager at Spark Digital NZ and ANZ, as well as in various roles at Ministry of Justice - New Zealand and KPMG UK.
