Neil Edwards is an ISEB accredited, Prince 2 Practitioner, and degree-educated Head of Testing with over 15 years of testing experience in various industries, including retail, e-commerce, payment systems, logistics, banking, airlines, and travel.

With over 8 years of Test Management experience in a FTSE 100 company, Neil has a proven track record in managing large teams across multiple projects, including right shore models, to deliver complex and revolutionary testing projects, from E-Commerce platforms to secure Government systems.

Neil possesses excellent interpersonal skills and can effectively communicate with individuals at all levels, from graduates to end client Managing Directors, both in written and verbal forms.

Highly motivated, a great motivator, an exceptional team player, Neil upholds an impeccable work ethic, and is determined and passionate about maintaining quality standards in testing.

He has successfully established new Testing Departments and centers of testing excellence by implementing rigorous Testing Standards, Procedures, documentation, change control, configuration management, and utilizing testing tools like PVCS Version Manager and Mercury Test Director.

Neil Edwards prides himself on tailoring testing functions to individual company needs rather than applying generic processes blindly. He excels in developing strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of organizations, from program directors to front-line staff, regardless of their roles.
