Neil Cooper is a highly accomplished lawyer and business professional with a successful career spanning several decades. As Executive Partner and one of the founders of Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC, he has been instrumental in the firm's growth and continued success. Neil is highly regarded for his expertise in business transactions and corporate law matters, serving as outside general counsel to many of his clients. His practice covers a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on emerging growth and middle market companies, entrepreneurs, executives, and investors.

Alongside his legal career, Neil is also recognized for his commitment to fostering international business partnerships, particularly between Israeli companies and companies in the Philadelphia region. In his former role as President of the Philadelphia-Israel Chamber of Commerce, he worked tirelessly to build strong relationships and enhance the opportunities for commerce between Israel and the local business community.
