Currently, Neil serves as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Otherlab, where he helps grow businesses and brands into customer-obsessed, creatively competitive revenue powerhouses, and previously worked as the Vice President of Customer Experience Design & Innovation (Digital & Physical Products & Services) at Marriott International.
