Neil Batlivala

Neil Batlivala is the co-founder and CEO of Pair Team, a startup focused on modernizing primary care by connecting underserved communities to healthcare services. He has a background in technology and healthcare, having graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University, where he also received University Honors. Before founding Pair Team in 2019 with Cassie Choi, Batlivala worked in various healthcare roles, including as a registered nurse in emergency medicine and critical care.
