Nehaa Beotra is a seasoned professional with a strong educational background in Human Resources Management and Computer Programming. She holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

Nehaa has held various key roles in prestigious organizations, showcasing her expertise and leadership skills. She currently serves as a Lead Consultant in Capability Building & Change at Zycus. Previously, she held the position of State President Maharashtra for Wellness & Wellbeing Council at WICCI - Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Prior to her current roles, Nehaa Beotra was the Founder & Lead Consultant at THINQ ON PURPOSE, demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit and consulting capabilities. She also has experience as a Sr. Manager in Organisation Development & Talent Management at VIBGYOR High and as an Assistant Manager in Learning & Development at Annik Technology Services.
