Neha Sinha is the Deputy Director and Associate Fellow at Artha Global, with over a decade of experience in policy issues related to economics, governance, markets, and risk management.1 She co-leads the work on Access to Justice and has been involved in building the Centre for Rapid Insights at Artha Global.1
Prior to her role at Artha Global, Neha held the position of Deputy Director and Associate Fellow at the IDFC Institute, a Mumbai-based think/do tank.12 Her earlier career includes working as an Economist with national-level commodity derivatives exchanges in Mumbai, focusing on policy advocacy for market development, macroeconomic research, and awareness initiatives.1
Neha began her career as an Analyst with JPMorgan's Investment Bank-Collateral Risk.1 Her diverse experience also includes conducting livelihood analysis of a nomadic tribe from a national park in Uttarakhand and participating in a case study on the social cost and benefit of the Delhi Metro.1
Academically, Neha holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics from Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi.1 She has co-authored a research paper on commodity index development, which was published in a peer-reviewed journal.1
