She currently works as a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer at Applied Materials, where she provides expert support to some of the world's top semiconductor companies. Her role requires her to optimize tool performance, reduce defects, and drive solutions through data analysis techniques.

Neha's impressive education includes a Master of Science in Materials Engineering from San Jose State University and a Bachelor's of Technology in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) in Varanasi.
