Neelkamal Biswas is a successful business leader with a diverse background in strategy, planning, operations, and team management. His vast expertise in scaling businesses and influencing complex strategies globally has made him a valuable asset to Uber, where he currently heads the Pricing & Incentives team for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Neelkamal is a graduate of XLRI Jamshedpur, where he earned his Master of Business Administration degree. He also completed a Master of Business Administration Exchange Student program at the University of Münster and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.

Before joining Uber, Neelkamal held various managerial positions in different companies like Accenture Management Consulting, Altisource, and Inductis. At Uber, he was instrumental in scaling the Bangalore business by eight times and turning it from a challenger to a market leader. Neelkamal is also the co-founder of EnergySmart.in.

As the Head of Pricing & Incentives for Europe, Middle East, and Africa, Neelkamal plays a crucial role in setting the fares and incentives for Uber drivers, ensuring an optimal level of supply and demand.
