Nedeljko Damnjanovic

Nedeljko Damnjanovic is an IT executive with a robust technical background, specializing in building cross-functional and distributed teams, and account and delivery management at scale. He is well-versed in the BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model.

Nedeljko is an integral member of the EPAM Serbia Leadership team, where he leads the Javascript department and oversees business development initiatives, managing a team of over 100 professionals. Previously, he served as the CEO and Partner at Vivify Ideas, a company that was later acquired by EPAM Systems in 2022.

His educational background includes a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Computer Science, along with a Bachelor's with honours in Electrical and Computer Engineering, all from the Faculty of Technical Sciences at the University of Novi Sad.

Throughout his career, Nedeljko has held various roles in renowned organizations. He was formerly the Director of Software Engineering at EPAM Systems, where he honed his leadership skills. Prior to that, he held multiple positions at Vivify Ideas, including CEO, Partner, Senior Delivery Manager, Technical Team Lead, Full Stack Developer, and Scrum Master. Additionally, Nedeljko has experience as a Java Software Developer at Execom and as a PHP Developer working freelance.
