Ned Jaroudi

Ned Jaroudi is a seasoned executive with a diverse and unique background, having successfully established and led new divisions/functions for tech multinationals, startups, family firms, and government in the US, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. With a focus on business development, partner engagement, brand building, and innovation, he has built and grew Intel and CA Technologies in Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa, launched new ventures for UAE sovereign wealth fund Mubadala, telco du, and family group National Holding, and led Innovation drives at UAE Prime Minister’s Office, Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Government Innovation, and Expo 2020 Dubai. He is currently leading startup and Venture Capital programs for AWS in the Middle East and North Africa and founded and led 1776 Dubai, the first international tech incubator in the Middle East, in partnership with Dubai Future Foundation, helping to build 40 startups.

Jaroudi has a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University (a global pioneer in coop education), and a YMP in General Business Management from INSEAD on Intel sponsorship. He's a Board Member of the United Nations ICT Arab Task Force and the Young Arab Leaders, Founding President of the Stanford UAE Alumni Club, and a Steering Committee Member of in5. He's also the host of the "Internet Education" radio show in Dubai and has driven impactful CSR in the Arab world, such as the "Intel Teach" ICT teacher training.
