Ned Dwyer

Ned Dwyer is the co-founder and CEO of Great Question, a platform designed to streamline customer research for product, design, and research teams. Based in San Francisco, he has a strong background in technology entrepreneurship, having founded multiple companies and achieved three successful exits, notably selling his previous venture, Elto, to GoDaddy.126

At Great Question, which he established in September 2020, Dwyer focuses on helping teams better understand their customers through user research, making it easier to conduct interviews, manage participant panels, and analyze feedback. His work aims to democratize customer research, ensuring that it becomes an integral part of decision-making processes in product development.457

Dwyer has also contributed to the startup ecosystem as a partner, mentor, and investor with Startmate, an Australian accelerator program, and has experience as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Wilbur Labs, where he developed new venture concepts.123 His approach emphasizes continuous research and iterative learning, advocating for a shift from traditional development cycles to a more research-driven methodology.36
