Neal Paye is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in strategy, finance, and management.

He completed his MBA with a focus on Strategy & Finance from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management.

Prior to his MBA, Neal earned a B.S. in Business Management with a specialization in Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.

He also attended The Loomis Chaffee School, showcasing a commitment to education at various levels.

With a wealth of experience in leadership roles, Neal currently serves as the Senior Director of Strategy at Cengage, where he plays a crucial role in shaping the organization's strategic direction.

Before joining Cengage, he held key positions at renowned firms such as Arthur D. Little, where he served as a Principal, and Cartesian, where he excelled as both a Principal in the Strategy Practice and an Engagement Manager.

His diverse career also includes roles as a Strategy Consultant and Consultant (MBA Intern) at Cartesian, demonstrating his expertise in strategic planning and consulting.

Prior to his corporate career, Neal Paye served as a Captain in the US Army, specifically in the esteemed 3rd Infantry Division, highlighting his leadership abilities and dedication to serving his country.
