Neal Oswald

Neal Oswald is a senior business leader with a wealth of experience in managing and executing large-scale transformation and change across organizations. His professional journey began at Ernst & Young, where he worked as a partner before moving on to Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and EDS. He also co-founded Wanilah Advisors and worked as a Professional Services Lead at decide.solutions before joining Concentra Bank as COO and SVP.

Neal's area of expertise includes end-to-end process management and measurement in the context of digital process redesign and change, improving operational effectiveness with a focus on client/employee experience, risk and compliance transformation, PMO governance and execution, and large-scale system and process transformation. He studied Honours Business Administration at The University of Western Ontario - Richard Ivey School of Business and holds a High School Diploma in Maths, Science, and English from Erindale Secondary.
