Neal McCarthy
Neal McCarthy is a technology and development professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Digital in Programs at Oxfam America.24 He has been with Oxfam since 2009, working in both Canada and the USA.1 In his role, Neal leads initiatives to leverage technology for social impact, supporting humanitarian, development, and campaign teams in adopting technology to increase efficiency and amplify program objectives.1

He holds a BSc in Computer Systems from the University of Limerick and an MSc in Development Studies from University College Dublin.1 Before entering the non-profit sector, Neal spent 10 years working in the financial services and marketing industries.1
