Neal Hartman is a multi-talented individual who serves as a committee member for the Geneva International Film Festival (GIFF). He is also the director of the CineGlobe Film Festival and an engineer at CERN, the European Laboratory for High Energy Physics.125
Hartman holds a mechanical engineering degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and has worked as an engineer at CERN.6 He is a founding member of the committee for the new Foundation that manages and produces the Geneva International Film Festival.23
In addition to his roles with GIFF and CineGlobe, Hartman is a co-founder and member of the European Academy of Science Film.34 He has also been involved with the 48 Hour Film Project, a global filmmaking competition, in collaboration with GIFF.4
