Neal Fornaciari is a seasoned leader with over 27 years of experience in technical project management and business functions. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and is currently pursuing an MBA from the Berkeley MBA for Executives program at the Haas School of Business. Neil's expertise lies in identifying opportunities and developing innovative solutions for complex challenges.

He has a unique ability to quickly adapt to leading new functional areas and has demonstrated success in reorganizing diverse business functions. Neil served as a Commissioner at the California Citizens Redistricting Commission and is also a former lecturer at his alma mater, the University of California, Berkeley.

In his previous roles at Sandia National Laboratories, Neil held several leadership positions, including Senior Manager of Mission Business Solutions, Manager of Thermal/Fluids Science and Engineering Department, and Manager of Scientific Visualization Department, among others. His skills in project management and engineering led to his success as a Project Lead and Lead Mechanical Engineer at Sandia National Laboratories.

Throughout his career, Neil has been recognized for his achievements in strategic planning and implementation, as well as his ability to manage and motivate teams. He is a Leadership Development Consultant at Fornaciari and Company Consultants and a past Foreperson of the San Joaquin County Civil Grand Jury.
