Neal Cross

Neal Cross is a Senior Manager in the Commercial Insurance team at MoneySuperMarket Group with a passion for helping customers in digital eCommerce markets. With experience across insurance and financial services, Cross takes insight and ideas into actionable product solutions and marketing strategies to help customers make the most of their time and money. Holding an HND in Analytical Chemistry from Loughborough University, he has continuously demonstrated an analytical nature throughout his education and career, obsessing over using insight and data to help improve products and services for his customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Cross has played a key role in a number of Proposition developments across product lines, including iterative optimizations of digital journeys and full re-development projects for new end-to-end solutions. He has previous experience as a Business Analyst and Contact Center Leadership and has held various roles at MoneySuperMarket Group, including Commercial Performance Manager - Protection, Agile Business Analyst, Protection Team Manager & Leader, Protection Advice Consultant, and PAA Leads Sales Advisor. Prior to joining MoneySuperMarket Group, he worked as a Finance Broker (Lease Direct Finance) and Sales Assistant at Asda.
