Founded a non-profit (501C3) community of practice that grew to over 2,000 LA area Product Managers. Led a team of 8 volunteers who organized PMA.LA events, sponsorship, and an online community. Our ProductCamp events are well-known in the community and have brought out over 300 people to these well-organized and sponsored events.

I managed a portfolio of digital products (including eRomance), and the teams, vendors, and processes behind them, including outsourced development team, content team, advertising vendors, and a team of three direct reports. Responsible for maximizing revenue through data-driven conversion/optimization. 300% increase in revenue for this program during my tenure, through a combination of restructuring ad deals, A/B testing, and analytics-driven conversion funnel optimization.

Founded and built Enlogica into a boutique digital agency and startup incubator. On the front-end we developed digital products for numerous brands like Disney, AIG SunAmerica, and DualStar Entertainment. On the backend, we set aside 20% of the team’s time as non-billable for startup ventures including TravelUSA, Hotel.us, and <a href="http://eRomance.com">eRomance.com</a> 

TravelUSA  & Hotel.us  - A travel booking platform that was taken to market with two consumer facing brands - <a href="http://TravelUSA.com">TravelUSA.com</a> and Hotel.us. Built the business from $0 to $90,000 per month through organic and paid traffic acquisition and close attention to conversion funnel optimization. 

eRomance  - Created an online dating community with a patented personality matching algorithm, based on Myers-Briggs personality theory. Built the community to 50,000 active members and sold the business 2 years later.

These websites combined rich destination guide content with online travel reservations. Grew sales from $0 to $70,000 per month through acquisition of organic and paid search channels, and systematic conversion funnel optimization (A/B testing).  Sold the properties 2 years later for a profit.
