Previously, he served as the Vice President and Director at the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP), demonstrating his proficiency in industrial development strategies.

Nawaf also has a rich experience in transformation programs, having worked as a Director, Delivery Manager, Senior Consultant, and Project Engineer at the National Transformation Program.

His engineering background is highlighted through his tenure at Saudi Aramco and ABB, where he held roles from Senior Project Engineer to Electrical Engineer.
