Reporting to the President of the Group & Military Segment (c-suite), responsible for formulating and owning technology strategy and operations in support of ~10M Group medical and specialty product members. Recruited to lead $9B Segment into a more digital time, enacting agile disciplines and leading-edge technologies to increase speed to market.

- Successfully built a ~700 FTE IT Development and Operations organization from a previously matrixed model with zero impact on the business. Launched talent refresh for key AVP and Director level positions.

- Owner of all future-state technology platforms and ~400 legacy applications supporting Group Insurance, Dental, Vision, and Wellness with a focus on leveraging enterprise investments into new cloud-native capabilities to drive UX/CX modernization and use of Big Data insights to enable value-based healthcare.

- Owner of Humana’s Go365 mobile platform, used by 3M+ Group Insurance and Medicare members to proactively manage their health goals and outcomes.

- Accelerated shift from legacy in-house applications to new SalesForce / Vlocity platform by leveraging internal and external experts to quickly define critical path required to successfully enable 2020+ Growth Strategy targets.

- Proved new POD concept, enabling business and IT to co-ideate and co-create 9+ innovative digital solutions in less than 2 months. Successfully delivered new pre-sales and predictive analytics capabilities reducing labor and data-intensive functions from 5+ hours to ~5 minutes utilizing AI (IBM Watson) and ML capabilities, while also enabling real-time data insights of member utilization during sales quoting process.

- Launched assessment of top end-to-end journeys and technology pain points with a goal of accelerating platform modernization outcomes via 2020 technology roadmaps.

-  Led a global organization responsible for all Technical Product Planning and Delivery, which includes Retirement 2.0, a large multi-year investment to design (from the ground up), and deploy a new modularized Digital Retirement technology platform to future-proof the business and enable rapid growth for scalability and operational efficiencies. New technology stack enables a unified fully digital experience with service optimization and automation (straight-through processing) via data-enabled services and plug-n-play gateway solutions. Platform also embeds AI/ML capabilities throughout to enable new digital omnichannel focused on real-time application of business rules intelligence and proactive insights throughout the end-to-end participant (B2C) and plan sponsor (B2B) journeys.

- Reporting into the c-suite, responsible for shaping of the vision and execution of Digital Transformation across ADP from the ground up for business critical functions.  Utilizing external relationships and the latest in Digital technologies with the goal of reimagining how clients and employees experience our HCM products.

- Accountable for exceeding parity with best-in-class companies by enabling greater than 80% “no human touch” processing for large global end-to-end business functions. While utilizing digital data insights along with Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning to predict and prevent operational issues.

- Partnered with the President and strategy lead of our International business to deploy digital assets across 104 counties and territories.

- Spearheaded the establishment of an internal Process Mining shared service to provide business managers in all ADP divisions with active support in optimizing and digitizing their processes.

- Partnered closely with business executives and finance leaders, as part of a 3 year margin expansion strategy, to develop an enterprise-wide Digital Transformation Program valued at $141M+ annual run rate savings. As a result Digital Transformation is now a Top 5 initiative for ADP.

- Operated at multiple levels of abstraction and detail – ensuring quality of work and inject creativity in proposals to continually contribute to practice-level solutions and influence a positive feedback loop with client-level implementations.

- In partnership with the CEO’s Transformational Organizational Unit, led Strategy efforts for the global digital team while helping the rest of the organization evolve. Leveraging experience with Agile, HTML, JavaScript, Java, with Micro services architecture to cross-train multiple global Business Units (BUs) to execute on strategic Win as One goals.

Resulted in significantly improved operating margins by automating labor intensive operations, while enhancing the client and employee experience.

- Directed a global matrixed team responsible for developing and executing a high-value portfolio of large-scale Digital Transformation initiatives across multiple business divisions. Fully automated end-to-end onshore and offshore operations by utilizing Business Process Improvement (BPI) practices, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Business Process Management Systems (BPMS), Artificial Intelligence (AI / ML) technologies and in-product capabilities.

- Leveraged prior executive vendor relationships and associated multimillion dollar pro-bono investments to deploy experts and quickly scale up Digital Transformation at ADP.

- Fully reimagined and automated the end-to-end New Account Implementation Setup Process for a $3B+ business. Achieved over ~80% automation rate (no human touch), which increased the speed and accuracy with installation and setup of over 120K+ new clients yearly. Enabled Field Sales productivity through the use of modern real-time mobile capture capabilities.  Created reusable technology assets to enable economies-of-scale across mid and up-market new account setup functions at ADP. Reduced processing time from multiple days to hours.

- Partnered with executive business President to eliminate multiple 3rd Party outsource dependencies and associated multi-million dollar spend with critical business functions.  Fully automated and insourced the processing of 2.5M y/y highly complex Wage Garnishments Liens across all ADP businesses. Reduced processing time from multiple days to less than 12 hours.

- Pfizer Achieving Commercial Excellence – 2nd largest Technology change program at Pfizer (2009-13) to develop and deploy a new Contract Management and Compliance platform. Consolidated multiple legacy contracting technology environments that governed $12B in government and distribution channel rebates yearly. My team led all technical work streams to build and deliver 30+ new Revitas/iMany infrastructure environments. Established necessary sourcing agreements, executive scorecards and secured funding for the introduction of new supporting shared services technologies. - Chennai Application Solution Delivery Center Exit – Led a multiyear exit / shutdown of the hybrid-captive offshore model. Seamlessly relocated ~1400 application development resources to twelve vendor facilities with no impact to business critical functions. Introduced the use of new technologies to quickly and securely enable work activities at 3rd party locations. Enabled $11M y/y in sustained benefit to the enterprise.

- PaaS Application Hosting Cloud Services – Developed idea and business case to rollout a new ‘just-in-time’ internal hosting cloud service (VCE vBlock Converged Architecture) across Pfizer’s four global datacenters. New service comprised of vendor owned hardware, automated real-time provisioning via Ariba pay-per-use model. Enabled ~$150M+ y/y Capital and Operating expense savings; 60% datacenter footprint cost avoidance realized since 2012.
